On the 26th of January,
various activities were organized by the Gujarat government to celebrate Republic Day. Each year,the state hosts the Khel Mahakumbh, a sports event that encourages participation from diverse communities. In 2018, as part of Khel Mahakumbh, a special event was organized in the Panchmahal district for differently-abled athletes,
particularly those from the tribal communities. The event, held under the auspices of Ekta Education & Charitable Trust, Godhra (Noorani Makatib),
was a resounding success. On the same day, Ekta Education & Charitable Trust conducted a tree plantation program at Iqbal Girls High School in Godhra. This initiative aimed to instill environmental consciousness among students and promote the significance of tree conservation. Furthermore,
the Trust organized a program to honor the daughters of the nation under the banner of "Salam Desh ka Beti" on January 26, 2021. In addition to these events, on January 26, 2021,
Rashid Ahmad Education and Charitable Trust organized flag hoisting and tree plantation ceremonies at the government primary school in Tharad. The trust also distributed educational kits containing essential materials to school children,
emphasizing the importance of education. Moreover, various activities were undertaken to commemorate Republic Day in schools across Rajnagar Taluka. Rashid Ahmad Education and Charitable Trust distributed educational kits to students, fostering educational initiatives. On the occasion of the 73rd Republic Day in 2022, Rashid Ahmad Education Trust distributed educational kits, stationery, and tiffin boxes to students at M.S. High School, Ankleshwar. Similar initiatives were carried out at Ankleshwar Railway Station, benefiting children traveling through the station. In the spirit of Republic Day, Rashid Ahmad Trust, Surat, distributed fruits to patients at New Civil Hospital and conducted a COVID-19 awareness campaign by distributing masks and sanitizers at Surat bus station. On January 26, 2022, Rashid Ahmad Education Trust conducted flag hoisting and distributed educational kits to students at various schools, including the Budhnapur Primary School in Tharad. In the realm of educational support, Noorani Makatib extended its assistance by providing educational kits to students in Bujh villages, Gujarat, and in the Anjar (Kutch) municipal school. Additionally, educational kits were distributed to students of Budhanpur Primary School in Tharad. Beyond these Republic Day activities, Noorani Makatib has been actively involved in community service. They organized a free circumcision camp in Kadodara, providing health services to the community. They also commemorated the 214th birth anniversary of Louis Braille by organizing a competition to showcase the talents of visually impaired children. In summary, Noorani Makatib,
through its various initiatives, has made significant contributions to education, healthcare, and community welfare, embodying the spirit of service and inclusivity.
